Planning

Maybe it would be better to do any planning just on e-mail. That way if someone doesn't get to the blog for a day or two a message won't get lost.

I am getting excited to have everyone here. We are having a practice run this week with Grandpa coming for a visit. I think I told some of you. He is insisting on coming on the bus so we will be picking him up tomorrow night at 7:00 in Point. I'm wondering if he is trying it out to see if he could then take some longer trips to visit the "girls". He'll be going with us on Thursday to Lexie's birthday party and seems to be looking forward to that. We are coming up with a few other things to do, too. So we'll see how it goes.

Shantel called this afternoon to see if we could celebrate Lexie and her Dad's birthday when everyone is here. I reminded her of all our May birthdays and said maybe it would be fun to celebrate them all which she thought would be a great idea. Actually maybe we could do a family party for Everyone's birthday. Ice Cream cake anyone??? We could always institute that draw a gift game that we've done with all the Birchlers but make up our own rules. Don't tell Dad it was my idea!

No pictures to add but Dad said there were 24 deer around the house last night. They are a hungry lot. I would think that soon the babies will be arriving but none of them look too big yet.
