These Are The Days......

Buenas Tardes this Sunday afternoon.... One more day til' cinco de mayo....

I hope I am doing this correctly...It looked like much more fun than studying for my final this Thursday.... I am so ready to be done being a grad student and enjoy the Spring. Thank you so very much Carrie for getting us all into the year 2008... Or is this bloggin' fun really 2006???? :)  How fun to document our lives this way for our families!! 

So... here's what's happening in the K.C. family... Nothing near as exciting as the birth of little adorable Kyla...

If you want to find Maya these days you will either find her doing one of 2 things... Reading (on our hammock (she is so her mommy's girl) , playhouse, or living room) or biking. She has been riding her bike up and down the street with friends no matter what the weather!!! 

She possibly could be playing basketball at which 

she is getting pretty darn good... Thanks to her very talented , intelligent and handsome coach.. her Daddy. You can see the picture I just took at their game. It melts my heart so much that I don't even remember I hate basketball when I see it...

 You can see that we also cut her hair... She wanted it to her shoulders but Daddy said , no way.

Mika is still our crazy cat who has found it her job to see how much she can make us laugh to tears.  You can see in the picture she is dancing away in the jeep with her current BFF, our almost 2 year old neighbor Jadon!!! They are such a riot together...

We're all Loving life and appreciating it so much more after a dear teacher friend (Wrestling Coach) just received a heart transplant.. which will be a whole other blog in the future....(He and his wife (one of my BFF) and family are doing awesome...) 

 Okay...

Back to studying, parenting, correcting papers, cleaning, cooking, wifing, running..playing......

Actually I think Planting.. We got seeds today at Lowe's for the girls to plant in their own garden.
