We've considered brining in a second dog for a long time now. Lord knows what possessed me to start looking for puppies late last week, but the kids and I had a great time. We brought this little girl home for the weekend to see how she meshes with our lifestyle and Bella. We all love her. She is 3/4 miniature Schnauzer and 1/4 Yorkie. We have tentatively named her Remi, though when I call her, I keep getting visions of the fat old French Basque man who used to deer hunting with my dad and grandpa in Colorado. Since miniature Schnauzers tend to resemble little old men when they mature, it may be a fitting name.
We'll let you know if we keep her.
