It looks like you are all in for a very fun, very full weekend together! Our kids do not get out of school until next week. We area hustling with end-of-year parties and activities. We are hosting the first leg of a progressive pool party for Jack's baseball team on Saturday. We start at our house with lunch and swimming at noon, then take the kids and walk down the street to the next pool for dessert. Peyton has physical therapy and horseback Thurs and Fri and Todd is down in San Diego today for an all day greenhouse growers meeting.
I've was handed another unpaid writing gig yesterday: This time our school is a finalist for the Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. I need to write three 300 word essays detailing how we promote healthy eating, physical fitness, and our need for a new fitness center. IF we win, our school will get a banner from the Governator AND a new fitness center on campus worth $100,000. I have three days to get this done.
Have a wonderful time everyone! I don't know who will have more kids running around this weekend: us with 12 ball players and their families, or you with your grandkids! Enjoy!
